In this role, you will have a wide range of responsibilities. You are member of the he R&D team and responsible for the practical part of the development of in-vitro diagnostics as well as studies with international cooperation partners according to ISO: 13485.2016. Your main task will be to carry out the practical experiments of development projects. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to be experienced with molecular genetic technologies:  DNA/RNA extraction methods, different amplification technologies etc. (in theory and practice). Furthermore, you should be a team player, a communicative person with a wide range of technical knowledge that you are able to negotiate with colleagues, external development partners in a friendly and convincing way.


  • Development, production and quality control of molecular genetic test systems according to ISO 9001/13485
  • Practical Performance of different molecular genetic techniques e.g.: DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qRealtime PCR etc.
  • Practical work in the L2 laboratory: cultivation, strain collection, etc.
  • Documentation of the work according to our quality management system
  • Carrying out internal and external training courses


  • Practical knowledge of modern molecular biological techniques: real-time PCR, melting curve analysis and various DNA/RNA extraction methods
  • Practical knowledge of microbiological techniques
