As an IT Processes Management Assistant, you will support the Marketing & Product Management department with SFDC, SAC, SAP, SharePoint and other systems which are used on a daily basis.
You will be able to get familiar with operational requirements of our IT systems, allow the team to upload/ download critical information (e.g. sales leads/ financial data), help set up systems appropriately for events, help set up and maintain our documentation management systems, etc. You will support both our Microbiology and Molecular Diagnostics Business Areas which means we have different requirements from each team.
Due to the interdependencies of our IT systems, you coordinate with other departments. You maintain a very open and transparent communication style and develop a strong understanding of the IT systems and also of the needs of the different Marketing and Product Management teams. You are able to write down and develop training documents for others who need to learn how to use the systems.
You record the requirements, discuss what needs to be considered from each team and coordinate accordingly. In short, you have an overview of what system support is needed and what data is required by whom and when, and formulate it clearly and comprehensibly. You contribute your own ideas and find a consensus.
Is working with IT systems, providing reports and training people how to use these systems your thing? Very much so. You can put yourself in different roles, whether employee, customer or partner, and communicate clearly without causing e-mail floods? Even better.
Best of all: You work independently on the projects you are involved in and remain realistic - some projects to set up the systems may take longer than originally planned - but you don't let this put you off. Instead, you enjoy learning new things and you know what you have achieved when you see how enthusiastic an employee is about your process automation.
You can look forward to diverse, interesting topics and, above all, successes that you can influence and see yourself.
What you bring with you: Initial experience in the area of IT system management and in the recording and design of how data can be downloaded and used. Your English is very good, so you can easily communicate with our international colleagues.
Important: You are a registered student (course of study: project and process management or comparable).
