Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Participation in the conception, implementation and organization of learning programs, workshops and training (internal and external).
  • Develop training processes, identify and address the implementation of process improvement
  • Support the L&D manager with the implementation of learning management systems, learning tools, and global learning solutions/providers
  • Prepare or curate any learning and development materials required by the L&D manager
  • Identify and evaluate the training measures regarding the effectiveness and quality with the overall goal to improve our learning programs.
  • Produce evaluations forms and reports on learning and development activities and make use agreed HR / L&D performance indicators to assess the impact of L&D efforts
  • Produce and maintain accurate records/certificates of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures
  • Communicate course requirements with trainers, facilities, learners, and external suppliers with agreed timelines
  • Manage the learning and development calendar
  • Provide administrative support to staff and managers in the planning and delivery of L&D events and strategy
  • Arrange the booking of trainers, venues, travel, accommodation, and facilities for L&D events
  • Ensure staff attend internal and external learning events to meet legal requirements.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field with experience in learning and development
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a learning and development department. Experience working with a global Learning Management System, training process, learning evaluation methods, and course design.
  • MS Office (Excel – advanced, MS Teams, PowerPoint and Visio - Basic)
  • Survey and other types of assessments forms (e.g., MS Forms, activities, quizzes tools, and etc.)
  • Learning Management System (training creation, creation of assessments, group classes, and reports/dashboards)
  • Understand of training and development principles and adult learning theory.
  • German Language B2
  • English Language C1
