For our office in Ettlingen we are searching for a Solution Product Manager for Academic Energy Solutions Market (m/f/d)

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth aligned with Bruker BioSpin mission and strategic goals within the Academic Energy Storage/Battery Research sector. By leveraging magnetic resonance solutions, the Solution Product Manager will establish Bruker BioSpin as the trusted partner for expanding businesses in this domain.

  • Coordinate and drive development of new Solutions based on Magnetic Resonance applied to Battery Research market
  • Develop penetration strategies for Magnetic Resonance Solutions in the Academic Battery Research market
  • Drive acceptance of new Magnetic Resonance solutions in the field of Battery Research market
  • Establish strategic cooperations with key opinion leaders for continuous solution development
  • Identify early adopters and endorsers for go-to-market activities (press release, testimonials and thought leadership campaigns)
  • Expand marketing databases and generate leads, in close collaboration with the outbound marketing
  • Lead Product Lifecycle and BBIO’s Solution Portfolio Management processes
  • Develop and drive an innovative vision for entering new sectors
  • Interface with various internal teams and stakeholders
  • Achieve financial metrics for business performance

Qualifikationen

  • Mandatory experienced user of Solid State NMR
  • Mandatory experience in Battery Research field of application
  • PhD degree in Natural Science, with Postdoctoral experience preferred
  • Prior experience in Product Management advantageous
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle and portfolio management methodologies
  • Proficient in project and product Profit and Loss calculations, budgeting
  • Excellent English language skills (min. C1 Level), additional languages beneficial
  • Proficiency in SAP, SFDC (Salesforce.com), Office, and Product & Project Management Tools
  • Focused, decisive, proactive, and a team player
