We are currently looking for a Strategic Sales Manager Global Key Accounts (m/f/d).

 

He / She will be responsible for the care, development, identification, communication, and coordination of all activities with and for our global key accounts with the aim of making the business relationship successful for both parties. The focus is on creating a customer experience that a key account deserves, which is of utmost importance for customer satisfaction. The goal is to be seen as entrusted partner, taking responsibility for our key accounts and the coordination of all activities with internal/external business partners. He/She orchestrates the strong bond and cooperation with the key accounts involving all stakeholders of the matrix organization. All activities are permanently in line and in full compliance with the policies and values of our company. The role is part of the Bruker Optics Sales Leadership Team and reporting directly into the Vice President Global Sales.

 

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Account management: develop and maintain long term partnerships with Bruker Optics‘ existing and potential key accounts
  • Sales strategies: develop and execute sales strategies ensuring that goals with key accounts are achieved or even surpassed
  • Management agreement landscape: actively managing all negotiations with our existing and potential key accounts to close long term agreements ensuring stable business partnering with our key accounts
  • Market analysis: analyse market trends und competitor activities, ensuring our strong business partnership with our existing and potential key accounts, chances and risks on the business partnership with our key accounts shall be constantly identified
  • Reporting: responsible for the preparation of reports and presentations for the Bruker Optics Leadership Team on the business and potential with our existing and potential key accounts
  • Teamwork: close collaboration with all internal stakeholders like marketing, product management/development, commercial excellence/commercial operations and customer service
  • Customer Success Management: actively orchestrating the full business relationship with our existing and potential key accounts to ensure customer success, best customer experience and to exercise full business potential with our key account

Qualifikationen

  • Work experience: several years of own practical experience in global sales or key account management
  • Education: any degree in technical/technology environment may be useful but is not required. A good understanding of our technological sector would be a plus
  • Mindset: a strong affinity for commercial tasks, highly experienced in creating and following a strategic approach
  • Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Negotiation skills: strong negotiation skills and ability to create win-win-situationen
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyse data and derive recommended actions thereof
  • Travel: willingness to do regular business travel
