Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

Join our internal IT team leading the corporation to the next generation SAP ERP system: S/4HANA, running with SAP Fiori launchpad.

Brief summary of the role: Development and technical consulting in the SAP environment, focusing on both backend (ABAP) and frontend (Fiori/UI5) solutions.

 

  • Design, develop and implement innovative SAP ABAP and Fiori/UI5 solutions, primarily in the
  • S/4HANA environment.
  • Develop and extend SAP Fiori applications, including custom Fiori apps and Fiori Launchpad
  • configurations.
  • Create technical concepts and solution proposals based on user requirements and current
  • technical trends.
  • Perform interface programming (IDoc, BAPI, ALE, SOAP, REST) and maintain interfaces to non-
  • SAP systems.
  • Support and optimize existing applications and participate in global system operations.
  • Analyze, conceptualize, implement, and test SAP development tasks in a hybrid SAP system
  • landscape (S/4HANA, BW, BW4, GTS, HCM).
  • Transform legacy/custom programs into SAP Fiori-based solutions.
  • If applicable: Take on the Fiori Lead role, including:

-Developing and maintaining Fiori guidelines and best practices.

-Evaluating and implementing new Fiori features and innovations.

  • Training and mentoring the team on Fiori topics and standards.
  • Optional: Practical Training Responsibilities o Responsible for the hands-on training of apprentices in the SAP Development & Technical Integration department.

- Implement training content and learning objectives using appropriate training methods, and conduct regular assessments of learning progress.

- Provide ongoing feedback to apprentices, including evaluation of their performance.

- Ensure compliance with rules and legal requirements throughout the training process.

Qualifikationen

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development with SAP ABAP in an international operating industry
  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development with SAP Fiori
  • Profound knowledge in ABAP OO, ABAP for Hana, Core Data Services, SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, OData
  • Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Development, SAP Gateway, SAP Cloud Platform is an advantage
  • Know-How in the SAP ECC environment
  • Ability to visualize complex issues and system landscapes
  • Strong social and communication skills
  • Excellent English language skills

  • German language skills (as a plus)

The position can be based in Germany, Ettlingen or in Porto, Portugal and Warsaw, Poland. We are also considering candidates who will work remotely in these locations.
