We are looking for a


Manager Global BBIO Service Business Solutions  (m/f)







The main function of the Manager Global BBIO Service Business Solutions is to provide business representation for the development of Internal and customer facing solutions to enhance the BBIO service business operation. This will include project management, working with internal and external technical solution providers, global roll out and ongoing technical key user support for technical integration of service processes.




The primary objective is to be an efficient and effective business representative of the BBIO Service team in implementing any new or changes to the technical integration of service processes. This will include SAP-CRM as an efficient and global solution to support the service business and enhance the customer experience. Train users on operation of new systems within the BBIO service organisation. Develop a key user team for ongoing global support across the BBIO organisation.




To work with Global, regional and local BBIO representations in implementing business solutions for effective service operation and to enhance the customer experience.

  •  Project manage and implement SAP-CRM as a global BBIO service business solution
  •  Work with external and internal technical experts on SAP-CRM and ECC business solutions
  •  Provide documentation for training in the form of process flows and manual format for SAP-CRM and back office ECC service processes
  •  Provide training for users and key users of implemented solutions
  •  Assist the business with change management processes where required
  •  Work with global local offices and consultants to establish and implement local country requirements for legal and efficient operation
  •  Establish a global key user support network for business representation of new systems
  •  Travel is an essential part of the job

Activities can cover all business solutions chosen and implemented by the Company. Specialism in certain business solutions may form an additional responsibility that will make use of acquired skills and experience. Accurate record keeping and timely submission of documentation is pre-requisite.




The position reports to the Vice President, Services & Lifecycle Support, Bruker Biospin Group, who will agree expectations, offer guidance as necessary and provide framework support.




The position is based at one of our offices round the glob and extensive global travel may be required as part of this role

  •  continual learning and develop further skills in SAP-CRM and SAP functionality for business requirements


  •  a solid or technical background in Scientific instrumentation gained in Industry or academia
  •  a current driving licence
  •  no visa or other restriction preventing travel in the USA or EU.

Skills and Experience

  •  a clear understanding of BBIO service business processes
  •  good computer literacy, including familiarity with data system hardware and industry standard operating systems
  •  A good understanding of SAP and SAP-CRM processes ( training will be given where required)
  •  the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with good spoken and written English.
