Bruker is recruiting an HR Manager EMEA (outside the large countries of Germany, Switzerland and France). The EMEA region spans a wide geographic area, covering 14 countries and oversees about 500 employees. The business complexity, challenges, personnel issues and talent landscape varies significantly across the region and the HR Manager EMEA needs to assist the businesses and HR teams on the ground in delivering HR solutions to address them. He/she will work closely with the business management teams and the Global HR community to ensure the HR strategies, programs, polices and priorities are aligned to support the direction of the business.
Deploy and implement HR initiatives and projects to support the achievement of business objectives, as well as pro-actively leading continuous improvement initiatives in HR areas.
