Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

The HR Manager for our Division Optic will:

 

  • Support the management with the appropriate solution of employee relations issues and procedures for interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews.
  • Be point of contact for any employee related topic and in dealing with the Works Council.
  • Drive and support performance management & development processes throughout the organization.
  • Design, implement and maintain an effective talent assessment and succession plan, including management development and employee career path programs.
  • Maintain open communications with all levels of executives to assess the needs of their departments / divisions and help them accomplish business objectives by recommending human resources solutions and measures.

Qualifikationen

  • BA/BS required; Graduate degree preferred. Must be fluent in English & German.
  • 3+ years as a HR Generalist
  • Broad exposure to all Human Resources functions, including recruiting, employee retention, workforce planning, organization development, compensation, benefits, HRIS and administration.
  • Depth of works council experience. And strong knowledge of HR policies and practices.
  • High level of personal integrity, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to establish a constructive and informative relationship with employees, management and executives.
  • Strong strategic development, planning and analytical ability.
  • Excellent attention to detail and hands-on mentality
