    Commercial Coordinator Group Bruker BioSpin (PCI-Division)

    For our Preclinical Imaging Division (PCI), within the Bruker BioSpin Group, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator. The PCI Division provides innovative preclinical imaging tools and comprehensive services for the life science community.


    The Commercial Coordinator will provide commercial and back-office support, as well as administrative and organizational support to the PCI-Division. He /she will act as an interface person between different functions inside PCI and between PCI management and Group Bruker BioSpin (BBIO) functions. The role will report directly to the President of the PCI Division.


    Commercial support / Sales Back-Office


    Provide necessary documentation and support to the Commercial Team of the Division as needed
    Support the sales force with general operations
    Receive enquires from the wider organization and channel to appropriate team members and/or respond accordingly on their behalf
    Receive and respond to correspondence on behalf of the Commercial Team and distribute as appropriate
    Create, manage, update and report on sales activities
    Undertake market research projects as and when required 


    General Administration/organization


    Provide ad-hoc administrative and organizational support to the commercial team and the President of PCI-Division
    Liaise with other Bruker BioSpin functions as appropriate (Product-Management, Marketing…)
    Support the President of PCI-Division in his interactions and his reporting with BBIO Management
