    • In coordination with senior stakeholders (matrix structure), evaluate current x-functional/divisional business processes (end-to-end), identify potential areas for improvement, propose future business process designs, and support business process re-engineering implementation to increase the effectiveness and efficiencies
    • Assess impacts of and provide solutions/direction on strategic, enterprise and baseline opportunities from a cost, efficiency, effectiveness/value standpoint (includes the compilation, analysis and identification of opportunities)
    • Assess the quantifiable and qualitative benefits that the business can obtain by moving from the current state to the future state business design
    • Responsible to show results, cost-savings, quality impacts for process improvements and delivery of measurable business improvements
    • Recommend organizational process changes by integrating new processes to improve as-is processes
    • Facilitate process improvement events using structured problem solving methods
    • Provide in depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Process Change Management principles to analyze workflows/processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement and organizational alignment
    • Develop and manage project plans through-out project lifecycle; includes prioritization, risk mitigation and monitoring progress
    • Identify barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of defect reduction and quality goals that will lead to providing a competitive advantage
    • Provides constant, ongoing communication to ensure barriers/obstacles to business process improvement are removed and necessary support is always provided
    • Deliver various reporting of activity and other significant attributes as requested


    • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Organizational Development, Engineering or an related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
    • 5+ years’ experience supporting business process re-engineering efforts, with 2 years’ experience using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
    • Capable of producing timely, logical and concise work products
    • The ability to identify, research, and produce documentation and briefings under tight deadlines
    • Superior oral and written communication skills, including clear organization and concise presentation in fluent German and English
    • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to work effectively independently and in a team oriented environment
    • Ability to work with senior officials, to manage priorities, to build and sustain professional networks in a diverse, fast-paced and multi-task environment
    • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification a plus
