    Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

    The Bruker Business Support Center based in Warsaw Poland has a new opportunity for an HR Recruiting Specialist. Reporting to the Director of HR, this position focuses on recruiting activities:

    • Takes full responsibility for the company hiring plan and coordinates sourcing, outreach, screening, interview, scheduling, hiring, and onboarding activities
    • Applies a variety of methods and resources to achieve the hiring plan target and builds consistent talent pipeline 
    • Communicates with candidates, schedules meetings, interviews candidates, and coordinates feedback
    • Prepares offer letter materials and meets with new employees for introduction into the company
    • Actively engages in additional recruitment initiatives, such as employer branding and onboarding
    • Answers general HR questions regarding benefits, policy and procedures
    • Identifies and recommends opportunities for process and/or systems improvement activities.
    • Perform other duties as required. 

    Qualifikationen

    • Minimum 3 years’ direct Recruiting experience with advanced knowledge of HR sourcing, screening, outreach, employment law practices and processes, and HR technology
    • Master degree – preferably in HR/postgraduate studies in HR
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both: Polish and English (written and oral), additional language would be an asset
    • Demonstrated strong passion and desire to constantly learn new things and adapt to changes
    • Confident, driven, proactive, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong time management skills and be skilled in working on complex cases individually with minimal supervision
    • Demonstrated knowledge of HR and Payroll technology and information systems such as iCIMS, SuccessFactors, SAP, and ADP.
