    HR RECRUITING SPECIALIST

    with strong recruitment background

    Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

    Reporting to the Director of HR, this role provides direct support to Bruker BSC by handling a variety of HR tasks with the major focus on

     

    Recruitment:

    • Takes the full responsibility for the hiring plan within the company, allocates proper resources and methods to achieve the targeted plan and builds consistent pipeline for critical positions
    • Communicates with candidates, schedules meetings, interviews candidates and provides feedback
    • Prepares offer letters, meets with new employees for introduction into the company
    • Is engaged into recruitment initiatives like employer branding and onboarding

    General HR Operations

    • Answers general HR questions regarding benefits, policy and procedures
    • Identifies opportunities for process and/or systems improvement, recommends and/or initiates improvement activities

    Perform other duties as required. 

    Qualifikationen

    To be successful in the role we need you to:

    • Minimum 3 years’ direct Recruiting experience with advanced knowledge of HR processes
    • Master degree – preferably in HR/postgraduate studies in HR
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both: Polish and English (written and oral), additional language would be an asset
    • Demonstrated strong passion and desire to constantly learn new things and adapt to changes
    • Confident, driven, proactive, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong time management skills and be skilled in working on complex cases individually with minimal supervision
    • Knowledge with HR information systems such as SuccessFactors and SAP would be an asset
