This job is related to the Hungarian Wine QC agreement with Vinum Tokaji (VT) and Diagnosticum. As part of this project it was agreed, that VT finances a mathematician/informatics specialist for the duration of the agreement. Originally it was intended, that the Hungarian partners select a candidate with our agreement. So far this was not successful, so we take over the search.

Developing automated routines and underlying mathematical/statistical algorithms for the analysis of NMR-spectra of food samples for authenticity, quality control and quantification, especially on wines (with focus on determination of vintage and sub-region), based on the FoodScreener platform.
Develop and maintain tools, databases and services for the automated remote analysis of spectra.

    • Support the development of complete methods for food analysis including sample preparation, acquisition, data analysis (statistical and quantification) and reporting, also securing four eye principle
