    Take on the rewarding leadership position for Application Development (TD-NMR -, EPR- and Fourier*-Benchtop portfolio) in the fast growing Applied, Industrial, and Clinical Division. Create and implement iterative customer development framework and manage your team using agile development principles to help Bruker release a highly valuable and competitive TD/EPR/F solution portfolio for our key customers.


    • Establish a business impactful, uniquely differentiated and competitive benchtop application portfolio
    • Accelerate the new solution development-process by applying agile and scrum development principles
    • Develop your solutions using outward oriented iterative customer development ecosystems
    • Establish customer value and competitive differentiation through a unified system ergonomy (software and hardware) and through a seamless data exchange concept
    • Lead AIC’s PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) for Benchtop Application Solution portfolio (Application Solutions) in cooperation with Product Management, Market Managers, Central R&D, Operations and Services & Lifecycle Support
    • Ensure launch readiness for new applications in cooperation with Product Management, Market Management and Manufacturing
    • Lead and develop your team to better understand the value chains and workflows of our key customers by upskilling team members with lean customer and agile development capabilities


    • 3-5 years of leadership experience in application development or broader R&D setting
    • Graduate (minimum) qualification in an appropriate science
    • Good knowledge of NMR/EPR spectroscopy would be ideal
    • Commercial acumen and the ability to promote unique benefits of technical solutions to the customer
    • Computer literacy, especially with regard to modern scientific user interfaces, process communication protocols, document and presentation preparation and report writing
    • Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
    • Success in working in a global, multi–cultural organization
