    Develop and implement the global marketing communications strategy for the Bruker Nano Analytics Division (BNA) in concordance with business and product strategy with a special focus on content marketing and manage the central marketing team in Berlin. Lead a team of 4 marketing specialists, both functional and disciplinary. Lead up to ten functional marketing specialists at Bruker subsidiaries worldwide. About 30 % of the job is day-to-day operational work.


    Marketing and promotion activities include:

    • In charge of PR activities
    • Create a global marketing budget
    • Monitor all activities and optimize them with regard to targets, methodology and effectiveness
    • Introduction and improvement of social media activities like on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
    • Management of BNA presence at conferences and exhibitions worldwide, promotion and support of customer workshops and training
    • Creation of attractive content for BNA on the corporate homepage ( and 3rd party web portals as well as micro sites for special promotion activities
    • Product and application focused webinars
    • Production of marketing material like product brochures, flyers, SpecSheets, application notes, product presentations, press releases, articles for trade journals, etc.
    • Online and print advertising, newsletters, etc.
    • Product photography and videos


    • Masters degree in marketing with additional experience in scientific instrumentation, alternatively degree in sciences or engineering with an additional marketing qualification, or equivalent
    • Several years of experience in B2B marketing in the high-tech field – preferably scientific instrumentation
    • Leadership experience
    • Online and content marketing knowledge
    • Experienced in using tools for webinars, CRM (, marketing automation and email marketing as well as Microsoft office (especially Excel), web analytics (Google tools), social media technologies
    • Self-reliant structured work style, adherence to deadlines
    • Highly motivated, strong team skills, excellent communication capabilities
    • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
    • Fluency in  English (spoken and written), basic in German
    • Willingness and ability to travel globally (10%)
