Bruker Nano Surfaces Division (BNS) is looking for a Sales Engineer (m/f/d) to take ownership for sales of our portfolio of Life Sciences Atomic Force Microscopes (AFM) and Optical Tweezers products in the DACH region. Working closely with a dynamic European sales team, applications scientists and Bruker’s market leading BioAFM Center in Berlin, the successful candidate will create close relationships with leading scientists across the region. The division also develops a wide range of complementary Scanning Probe, Indentation and Nanoscale Infra-red techniques, the successful candidate (m/f/d) will also be open for future involvement with these product lines.
The Sales Engineer (m/f/d) is expected to meet or exceed sales targets, own and execute strategic and tactical planning for their territory with support from the Bruker management team. The role involves close collaboration with our applications and marketing teams and provides opportunity for the candidate to devise, own and execute all aspects of a territory sales plan using a wide range of internal resources. The role requires approximately 60% of time travelling within the DACH region, meeting customers and prospective customers, attending events and hosting demonstrations performed by Bruker's applications team. He/she will have regular reporting on status and progress to our DACH Sales Manager.
The successful candidate (m/f/d) can be based in Berlin or Karlsruhe office. Working from home is possible.
