Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

This is both a hands-on Operational role, and a Strategic role. The Priority is to lead the Order Fulfillment organization through the next stage of transformation to Best-In-Class Order Execution, and Excellence in Delivery, for our legacy classic BDAL businesses (Instruments, Spare Parts, Accessories and Consumables), and with our newly acquired subsidiaries and future acquisitions within our globally integrated Processes with Customers and Bruker Commercial Entities around the world.

 

In this position, you will be responsible for:

 

  • On Time Shipping Performance
  • On Time Delivery Performance
  • Freight Spend per Revenue Dollar
  • Revenue Dollar per Order Fulfillment Headcount
  • SAP Date Management – Completeness & Accuracy

Qualifikationen

  • University Degree in Business / Management / Economics, preferably with Supply Chain Management focus
  • Experience (7+ years) working for a global Corporation, familiar with and respectful of the challenges and constraints of international trade, quarterly & annual reporting, internal controls and/or Sarbanes Oxley (or equivalent) compliance requirements
  • Strong Leadership Skills and experience in managing both a local and global organization of around 20 people directly and/or indirectly
  • Demonstrated track record of driving Process Optimization and Systems Change / Rationalization
  • Excellent knowledge of the SD module of SAP and associated FICO module impacts
  • Experience in Process Design & Documentation, Lean 6-Sigma or similar
  • Metrics driven, and Customer Satisfaction oriented
  • Motivated by Change, to Drive Change, and to Lead from the Front
  • Fluent English and German speaker
