    Team Leader Service (Detection Leipzig)


    • Develop the service business for Bruker Detection Line to achieve the strategic targets
    • Responsible to achieve the annual service revenue and margin targets
    • Manage and develop the Bruker Detection service engineers (direct reporting lines)
    • Manage spare parts availability and logistics
    • Develop and review suitable targets for service engineers
    • Manage and organize service business in close cooperation with sales and administration team
    • Support and train the TPA service network in order to enable TPAs to work independently
    • Develop necessary capacity and skills in the service team to cover the installed base
    • Generate monthly reports (KPIs) in line with the requirements from the HQ in Ettlingen
    • Interact closely with the local sales and service managers


    • Engineering degree
    • Minimum 5 years experience in field service
    • First experience as a team leader
    • Good communication skills
    • Good team working and networking skills
    • Solid business acumen
    • SAP and Salesforce knowledge would be helpful
    • Willing to work in a matrix organization
    • Willing to travel over 40% of time
    • Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking
