    Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

    The Commercial Excellence team acts as the strategic business partner to the sales organization, reporting to the President of the Bruker Daltonik GmbH. The team supports the business by optimizing the go-to market approach, enabling back-office processes and striving to improve existing commercial processes.

     

    In this role, your tasks will include:

    • Analyze and improve existing commercial processes as well as driving regular reviews and optimizations
    • Develop and integrate processes to meet commercial and operational business needs across the organization
    • Analyze international pricing and support defining pricing strategies
    • Drive optimization of global pricing management
    • Support product managers in managing prices in SAP
    • Drive process of pricelist rollout on quarterly basis
    • Continuous optimization and implementation of functionalities for our CRM tool (Salesforce)
    • Prepare ad-hoc analyses for executive, commercial, business unit, market and product management based on CRM data
    • Prepare reports and manage process of sales forecast on frequent basis
    • Participation in international optimization projects with responsibility for own work packages

    Qualifikationen

    • Master's degree in business administration or industrial engineering
    • First professional work experience in process review and improvement, consulting background would be beneficial, but not mandatory
    • Knowledge in pricing strategy and pricing management
    • Experience in working with Salesforce and implementing necessary data (pricing) requirements into SAP
    • Excellent MS Excel knowledge - ideally experience in preparation of complex analysis based on various sources
    • Outstanding analytical skills, business sense and result-driven mentality
    • Structured and accurate mode of operation, creativity and "out-of-the-box” thinking
    • Demonstrated working effectively in an international environment and teamwork skills
    • Energetic, strong communicator across all hierarchical levels
    • Fluent language skills in English
