In this role your responsibility will be to take a commercial leading role in managing our Global B2B Partners from a Product Management and Marketing perspective. Bruker works closely with large partners to promote and commercialise the MALDI Biotyper and other products.


Your tasks will include:

  • Manage Product Management and Marketing aspect of Bruker’s Global B2B relationships
  • Become a key interface between Bruker’s Product Management & Marketing teams with B2B Partner’s Global contact
  • Develop joint Global Marketing Plans for ongoing and new products, ensuring timely awareness and adoption (including product updates)
  • Working with OEM Partner Global and Regional Marketing teams to execute commercial/ launch plans
  • Provide Product training to regional (EMEA/ APAC) B2B Product Managers and ensure that training is cascaded into the appropriate Sales Teams
  • Working with Product Management to evaluate and propose pricing for new products
  • Help create operational efficiencies with B2B Partners by working with Bruker’s Logistics, Order Management and other departments


  • BSc in Science (e.g. Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry)
  • Working experience of minimum 5 years in a similar role in an international organization
  • Good knowledge of microbiology, especially the clinical microbiology laboratory, PCR and AST segments
  • Sales experience, especially for products similar to Bruker MD portfolio
  • Strong grasp of Marketing, including promotional activities, communicating complex technical information in written and verbal form
  • Understanding of regulatory guidelines for clinical diagnostics
  • Highly organized and able to deliver on projects within agreed timeframes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
